forgery

friend deposit a fraud check into my account and it clear. I actually only give her my accountant to deposit cash money. Instead she had somebody write her a check in my name and she forge my name on the check. Can I be charge for forgery and fraud

You could be charged with those crimes. You will need to have the assistance of an attorney to help you work through this matter. You may have to prove that you did not deposit the forged check in your account.
