if someone forges a signature on a chech, then someone else signs and deposits it what are ther conaquintes for both parties

You have not given us all the facts needed to make a determination. Forging a check is a crime, cashing or depositing a check that you know to be forged is also a crime. Two parties knowing the check is no good but try to get it cashed is also a conspiracy to commit a crime.
