A little background first. A PC 1381 demand is a request by an inmate to be prosecuted for any open cases so that the inmate can get the benefit of concurrent or consecutive sentencing. You can get the form from a guard in the prison. It is not available to you if you are not in prison.
V.C. 41500 is a request by an inmate in state prison to have traffic punishments converted to jail time and deemed served. It is only available to an inmate in state prison. You can get that from a guard in prison.
