What form do I fill out to get my property back after a search with no charges filed in California? They keep talking about this form that I now have to file. What is that form?

You need to be more specific, because it depends on what the property is. If it is a handgun, you are going to need a Law Enforcement Gun Release form from the DOJ. I can't answer you, because you are not specific enough.
