Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

ok im on formal probation.. i just caught a new case after six years. does my 5 year joint suspension still in effect.. or is it over due.. i am still on probation cause i have not finished paying off my restitution. please let me know if my 5 year joint suspension will come in affect cause of this new case?

Personally I would have paid instead of having a 5 year joint suspension hanging over my head. It's really anybody's guess what will happen since -- (drum roll) -- you didn't say what the old and the new offenses are.
