How can I get forms to file to have my criminal record expunded. State Ca.

I do not believe there are any judicial council forms. Some counties may have local forms. The best thing to do is check with the office of the clerk of the court.

I agree. There is no state wide forms for expungement at this time. You have to contact the clerk of the court where the conviction was, and get the local form.
