Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I found out that my Aunts 1/2 brother didn't have a wife or kids & can prove this, Then how did it end up on my Aunts Will as him having children & a wife? My Aunt didn't do this...! So..?

I am not sure you know how your Aunt did not do that; or if your Aunt is still alive. But I think this inquiry may be best in Probate or Wills .. this is the Criminal Law section. If you think there's fraud and you know who is behind it, you could try filing a police report.
