Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Do you get your Fourth restored once you have completed probation, parole, etc., satisfactorily to the court? Or do you have to petition or request that the court remove it? (San Diego, California)

Are you talking about your Fourth Amendment right to be free of unreasonable searches and seizures?

All parolees and many people on probation are required to allow law enforcement to search themselves, their homes and their possessions without a warrant. These search conditions expire when the person's probation or parole ends.
