fradulant currency
i received fake money and tried to spend it, i was arrested and went to court where i took the plea bargain because the fear i might loose trial, i am truly innocent , can i go back and get it tooken of my record i f i can proove my innocence

One of your options is not to attack the conviction but to expunge it at the end of your probation. Another option which might be available is to withdraw your plea, if possible. This would simply re-open your case and you would have the same options as when you initially started - meaning to either take a plea again or go to trial.
