While trying to purchase a differ car,unsuccesful in reaching my car insurance agent,so I called a differ.ins co for a quote,the agent told me my car license has been suspended,I followed up with DMV and information was true,I was told I got pulled over for driving without ins. speeding and failure toappear in court may 5 1999,I contacted police dept.got a copy of ticket THIS TICKET DOES NOT BELONG TO ME! I was not there at that location! ,the ticket has my name description and date of birth,but the signiture is not mine and neither is the address given,the license number of the person that got pulled over turned out to be registered to a previous co worker that got fired.(her mother is my car insurance agent,and this may be the reason she has not called me back ,I notified the car dealer of situation and they said I could not purchase the car until I get this resolved,I was thinking of showing up to the court house that she failed to show up to and show them the copy of the ticket so that they can compare signitures,and the address she gave officer is not my address,(it is her mothers address),but I am afraid they will put me in jail when I show up,this ticket has already turned into a warrant, what can I do?

You should contact an attorney regarding this problem. You need to get a date to appear in court. At that time you can show the judge that you are not the person that the ticket was issued to. The easiest way to do this is through an attorney.
