Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Free rent for lying under oat
I come accross a print out White Pages, showing the defendant and my crucial key witness reside at the same address. But they never lived tougheter. Apparently the con man made a deal with the key witness -free rent in echange for lying.Apparently the rent sunsidy was in duration of 5 years. Due to these criminal activities of these sub humans I lost $311,000, my house, business and at the end my apprtment.AT age 68 I am living on the street. For the last 6 months I was send by the district attorney office to the police department, in return the police department sent me back to the district attoney office. In other words they don't care for such a crime. What can I due?
