Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Hi okay so a friend of mine helps me with. My business. HE and I came up with ideas to expand
My business and decided that in order to do so I needed a loan . So I got one under my name of course . Well I had an emergency and went out of town for 3 weeks . During the 3 weeks he STOle my money and is not paying me back at all .
I recently found out that he even went to Walgreens and picked up my medication ...
He picked up norcos and zannys !!!!
Super strong medications !!!?
Well anyways I was wondering if picking up my rx and not giving then to me is against the law??? Can he get totally busted for this ????
I really want him to get into trouble because all he is doing Is not right .
Please let me know

It sounds like your friend may be guilty of grand theft, identity theft, and possession of narcotics. If you want you may report it to the police.
