Your question is hard to follow. You're talking about both probation and parole.

Parole is a kind of supervised release after a person serves time in state prison. If she has a parole officer, she spent some time in prison, not a couple of days in jail, and she was convicted of a felony, not a misdemeanor.

If she is on parole and leaves the state without permission, she becomes a parolee at large. She could be arrested in any state where she travels, extradited back to California, and returned to prison.

In order to move to another state, a parolee must go through a complicated process where both states have to agree to the transfer. It can take a year or more, and most applications to transfer are rejected.
