Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
My friend had sex with a 14 year old when she was 18 and had gotten pregnant the baby was born and she now is 2 months the parents of the boy knows about the situation and the girl currently is staying at the boys parents house with him and the mother of the boy always holds over the girls head that she will put her in jail for molestation if she leaves with the baby. Also when the girl was 8 months prego the mother went to the police to cover herself and made a report police came out and both the boy and the girl denied it what should she do?
