Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I friend and were staying at a hotel, and i went to bed and while i was sleeping my friend robbed me of $600! when i woke up the next morning i thought that i had lost the money at the bar where we were drinking the night before. i asked him about it and he said he didn't know anything! then a week later he admitted he robbed me! this happened two month's ago, and now he telling me that he not going to pay me back ! what can i do in order to get my money back??

report it to police and/or sue him for it. Pretty straight forward but tough case to prove.
