Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

A former friend stole my clothes and I left her a message telling her I will give her live in boyfriend the phone number to the guy she is cheating on him with. I also told her I would tell her school that I was doing her work for her class. All I wanted was my freaking clothes back. I was just hoping that she would just give them back. I left one voicemail and one text. I found out from an unnamed source that she went to the police. I decided to send her a text saying that I realize I am not getting my stuff back and that I putting this as water under the bridge. The police are supposed to be tapping her phone I guess hoping to build a case. If I sent that last message and never speak to her again will this kind of disappear. She did get a restraining order on me.

If you don't never speak to her again, it won't disappear.
