Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
My friends, who are Canadians, were arrested in Northern California with 2 other people (Americans) and all of them were charged with F11360(A) HS. At the hearing, the DA agreed to drop it down to a misdemeanor of possession of concentrated marijuana on the condition that they forfeit the confiscated money. In turns, one of these friends fell to appear at is hearing.
This is what leads to my question, how those this affect him crossing the border back into the United-States?

The friend with a warrant may be arrested if the warrant shows when he crosses back into the United States.
