Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I'm at my friend's house and I park in his driveway because his father told me I could. But his Uncle who I'm pretty sure is an illegal immigrant because my friend told me tells me to get my car the fuck out of his driveway and doesn't care what his brother told me and if i don't he'll tow my car. He cusses a lot at me and I'm kind of afraid he might try to fight and me and I might have to defend my self. Can I call the cops if 1. he tows my car, 2. cusses at me and threaten to tow my car when he himself doesn't even own the house. oh and am i allowed to fight back? I live in california

Avoid fist fights and other fights. If he is really subject to deportation, he is probably not going to start any kind of official hassle like calling tow trucks on people.
