Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
My friend's husban was seeing another lady, her daughter (20yrs old) was driving with my husband in his truck. When I saw them I asked her why was she with my husband, and she started to push me, and I just pushed her away; She took me to court and the judge let us both go with no problems; however now I been called to attend court again acused with section P242 - Battery. Why shoud I spect?
