Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Me and two other friends snuck into a high school as a prank to flip the tables upside down and stack trash cans on top of each other. While finishing this prank a person arrived we had thought it was a janitor so we ran away and left while going home I noticed a Scion XB take a hard right towards were I was walking so I started to run (thinking the driver was a regular civilian) the scion started to charge me so I tried avoding it but the driver had hit me causing me to fall so I got up and ran but my leg which I fell on started to hurt so I stopped and the person in the car told me to get on the ground or else he would shoot me so I got on the ground and that's when he finally identified himself as the school security. So I would like to know given the situation does the security guard have the authority to e, hit me with his car, and threaten to sho me without even first identifying himself as a security and knowing I had really done no mke him feel as if his life was threatened. Also when he arrested me the cops arrived and just gave me a curfew ticket.
