FTA to show proof of enrollment
I missed my court appearance to show proof of enrollment, I did enroll before my court date and have the proof. What should I do and will I get in trouble.

Thanks for your inquiry. In my opinion, the most important thing to do is to act quickly -- delay will make you only look more irresponsible. Get yourself to court with an attorney or without, and put your case on calendar to see a judge. If this has been recent, and you have done the enrollment, then the judge, depending on his or her temperament, may make any punishment very light. The key is to show responsibility, and if you look responsible by hiring counsel or appearing in court immediately, it only helps you.

Re: FTA to show proof of enrollment
You should take your proof of enrollment and apologize to the court and explain to them why you were unable to make it. You say your proof was prior to the court date, that should show a good faith effort.
Re: FTA to show proof of enrollment
Go to court MONDAY WITH YOUR PROOF!! You should be okay at least you did get enrolled.
Good luck.
