Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
furnishing alcohol to minor
I was charged with furnishing alcohol to a minor when I asked my underage cousin to hold my beer while I threw away a cup at a public festival. What are the possible penalties? Should I get a public defender or spend a lot on an attorney? I have been arraigned and have a court date for next week.

It depends on the actual charges, I would need the code number to give you a better answer.
If you would like to discuss this further please let me know at your earliest convenience.
