Can gang task force or police officers search a parolee's home without the presence of a parole officer and or when no one is home?

Maybe. I would need to know more about the facts before I could say if this particular search was authorized.
The search would be legal if the terms of the parolee's sentence require him to submit to such searches. It would also be proper if the officers had a warrant. There are a variety of other situations where no warrant would be necessary.
