Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I was at gas station pumping gas when officer pulled into station. I knew right when he glanced at me he was after me but for what. there were 5 other people pumping gas why did he single me out idk. any way he must have ran my plates and pulled me over soon as I left. I have suspened reg. do to suspended license. can I fight this since it was basically a form of profiling

Police officers are allowed to run license plates, with or without probable cause. Nothing you have written suggests this was "a form of profiling," especially since you also say you have no idea why the officer singled you out. Even if it was profiling, that wouldn't invalidate the case against you.
It's not profiling to run your plates, then run the person attached to the car. They can run them any time they want. There's no expectation of privacy in your license plates rolling down the road or at a gas pump.
Fix your license and get a lawyer.
