Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

My gf got arrested did 4-5days jail @ court pled guilty disturbing peace. @referred to judge Manley dept 61 mental health court as part of plea.(he'd get her newDr) Her old shrink had died sooo.we go 4x(dept61).@2/21/2017. he remand 30 day no bail. Next court again+30 day!!! Manley supposed to help get Dr. for her!!! Not jail her 60days. Help me please she rec. No help from pub def in court.61

If she hires private counsel to represent her, they can certainly look into what should/could be done for her, and they can help try to obtain new treating doctor.
