Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
my girlfriend jumped a 100,000,000 bail out of idaho for a possession charge , how does she fight extradition ? is there anything i can do?

Generally there is not much that can be done. The only defense is that she is not the person who is wanted in Idaho. If they have fingerprints from Idaho they can compare them to her fingerprints. She is entitled to an appointed lawyer and you might want to talk to the lawyer.
