if my girlfriend is 16 and i just turned 18, can we do other things like touch and stuff. would that be illegal, i know sex is so were not gonna do that. i live in ca.

Yes, it is illegal to have sexual contact with a minor, whether or not it involves actual intercourse. There laws prohibiting oral sex, penetration with a finger, or even touching sexual organs or breasts. A conviction could also land you on the state sex offenders website.
