my ex girlfriend was violated
My exgirfriend was violated by state parole for one of her childrens toys being in her bedroom. It was a toy knife with fake blood on it, it is part of there halloween costume. She was convited of stabing her spouse in may of 2005. This convition was the first time she has ever been in trouble with the law besides traffic. Is there anyway she could bet this violation?

Re: my ex girlfriend was violated
Yes, there's a good chance she can get this probation violation dismissed. Find a good attorney in the area where the court is located. You don't want some young, new, inexperienced attorney. Get an attorney who is experienced in that court and familiar with the judges.
