Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

wont give me my things back

I wa pulled over across from my house. The officer was hidding in the dark. He said he was stopping everyone and looking for drugs ad guns. He searched my car and found wigs I had from hlloween and a box of old mail from my storage along with my ex-husbands

mailman shorts. I also had some prepaid credit cards. He took all of those things and tried to arrest me. He brought me to his station and called the post master and the credit companies. He could not find anything but he still wont give them back.

This kind of behavior calls for intervention by a lawyer. Hire one if you can. Unfortunately, this is not something a public defender would normally handle.
