Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Per grand jury interview.
I was approached and harassed to answer questions by several FBI agents. I told them I have nothing to say . They kept telling me u will be forced to talk in front of a grand jury . I said I would feel more comfortable with grand jury present. So they served me a supeaona to a grand jury said 16 to 23 people would be present. I missed an important day a work drove 1 hr , jury was to be at 9 am . I waited 2 hrs it was 11am them I get taken in a room with one lady and the same investigator that keeps harassing me. No court , no grand jury and numerous Amy of questions that did not pertain to me. Serving fake papers is that a crime , or misleading someone to be leave the got a federal supeaona
