Grand Theft of U-Haul
I was charged with graand theft auto at the prelimary hearing the witness that got the case held over lied on the stand. does the case that is based on that witness' testimony have to go to trial before it can be dropped?

The case will either settle or go to trial. You will have to produce evidence at trial to prove that the person you referred to was and is lying.
