Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

What are the grounds for dismissal when i was pulled over for expired car tags. The undercover officer told me to get out of the car and he searched the car and found nothing. He then searched me and I had less than 1 gram of meth in my pocket. I was never read my rights and I was arrested. I hired a lawyer but he wants me to take a felony deal. I am looking for a new lawyer in my area..

You haven't told us anything that qualifies you for a dismissal. Police only have to read you your rights prior to custodial interrogation. If you freely divulged information to a police officer prior to arrest, then that is your mistake.
