If a domestic violence is reported, and both parties of the disturbance are outside denying the claim does that give the sheriffs rights to search the premesis?

Re: Grounds to search the premesis?
Sometimes. It depends upon the information available to the deputies at the time, including the content of the domestic violence report, the backgrounds of the parties, their own observations from outside the home, etc.
