Guilty Plea
Once a person pleads guilty but before they are sentenced. Is it possible for them to rescind their plea?

Yes, it might be possible to withdraw the guilty plea prior to sentencing depending on factors such as how much time has gone by since the plea and other facts and circumstances of the plea and the plea bargaining process.
You need to discuss this with your lawyer who has the responsibility to facilitate withdrawal of the plea if indeed that is what you want to do.
