In limited cases, yes, but you only have a short time frame in which to do so. Once a plea becomes final, the court is usually unlikely to grant such a motion unless you can convince the judge you were misled or did not understand an aspect of your plea.

Keep in mind that if you're successful, all the charges will be reinstated and you may not get the same deal as you got now - it could get worse.

Yes, it is possible sometimes. There must be some legal grounds to do so (more than simple buyer's remorse so to speak) and there are time limitations as well. Talk to a lawyer in more detail.
