Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
theres a guy that urinates on my house almost nightly. its technically an apartment and I signed a lease. I have not gone out and confronted him so far. I want to. I have to listen to it hitting my wall right outside my window and he ruined a spot of grass over time. how can I legally stop him? I do not want to call the police or anything. can I legally use physical force if he refuses to stop? what are my options here?

Do yourself a favor and just call the police. It will save you money down the road on legal bills.
