How many times can a Habeous Corpus be filed for a client with a federal willful failure to file tax conviction? What are other options other than appeal?

I'd check the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure.
You should be able to find this on the Internet or at your county's law library.
Something about it being once a year to do a writ of habeas corpus sticks in my mind.
