If myboyfried brought over his frind to our house and His friend was touching me inappopriately and against my will but didnt say anything is it too late to press charges

First you do not press charges. You report the conduct to the police or district attorney. This will probably be a weak case since there is no physical evidence. You should report the conduct to the police. If he did this to you he has probably done it to other women.
