Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I've been Harassment
My husbands ex-girl friend. she is Threatening to hurt me and she has alot of my personal information, and i think she hacked in to my email address because she setup a account on a dating site with my pic. I would like to if i can take any legal action to protect myself. Any help would be appreciated

Gather the evidence of her threats etc and then contact an attorney about obtaining a restraining order.
