Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Harrassing Ex Boss

I have just recently quit a job that I have been manager at since the first month of opening.

My boss has made up a lie and said I stole $680.00. He went to the police, how could he do that with no proof. He is very verbally abusive since day one.

He depended on me like a crutch he is having alot of medical problems like he is going through depression, he has not been in the store since the day before Thanksgiving 2002. He is constantly calling my house, my mothers house, and also my sisters house.

He is sending emails saying how he does not trust the corporate company just like he does not trust me.

There has never been any money problems the whole year and a half that I have been there. Now that I have quit, there is all of the sudden money missing.

What do I do?

I asked him to stop harrassing me and my family and he emailed me back saying that I am trying to make him feel quilty and that I blow him away with my words.

What do I do in order to get this man off my back and to stop accusing me of things that he knows I would never do?

I really need help and god bless
