first hearing on missing complaint

on my first hearing from i missing complaint will i be remanded how is that determined on 11379 and delay of peace officer/emt.

Are you saying you missed a court date and are now going to face the charges for the first time?

If so, there is a possibility you will be taken into custody and required to post bail. You may want to contact a local criminal defense attorney. Often, if you show up with an attorney, they can convince the court not to take you in, but it depends on the facts, your record, etc.
