what can I DO WHEN HELD FOR 72 HOURS IN JAIL AND JUST HAVE THE CHARGES DROPPED WITH NO EXCLAMATION LET OUT WITH NO WAY TO GET HOME.I WAS CHARGE WITH 211/ARM ROBBERY WITH NO CRIMINAL HX.

The DA has to file charges within two business days of your arrest or you will be released.
However, sometimes the DA will do additional investigation and file charges later. For most felonies, they have three years from the date of the offense.
