Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Hello,
My question is, " What are my Personal Rights on taking perscription medication while I am inrolled in PC 1000 Drug and Alcohol diversion?" I am taking the medication " Suboxone", and "Xanax" and I am worried that during my inrollment in PC 1000 I will recieve a dirty test for the perscriptions I am taking by my doctor. What is your adivise for me?
Thank You for your time as well as the advise you have givin me.

Most courts require defendants to sign a written agreement to participate in the Penal Code 1000 drug diversion program. That agreement should spell out your rights and responsibilities. If you don't have a copy of your agreement, you can request one at the courthouse.
