Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I need help,

Is there anyway to dismiss a extradition? my boyfriend is being held for extradition for a incorrect charge. and they have no evidence of the charge. if not for the extradition, he would not be in jail. he is also working with detectives for a U.S wide launder organization and can niot give the information with out being here, because its based in the state were in. is there anyway they could dismiss charges on

A. no evidence of the said charges which are home burglary and theft. when there only video of him selling some of the items

B. he is giving them information on an investigation such much greater than the state that is wanting to extradite him. and if he isnt here, he isnt giving them the information

Only the state with the hold on him can remove the hold. The only defense to a extradition is that the person being held is the person in wanted by the other state. The agency he has been working for may be able to arrange to have the warrant withdrawn. The lack of evidence is not a matter to be addressed until he is returned to the state that issued the warrant.
