Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Hey, Spokane, Washington had a problem. A police officer had been questioned by other fellow police officers about missing evidence, and the evidence was indeed cocaine. The officer shot himself and died instantly. This is true. This is the most recent story for the press. Now the press has mentioned that the police may have to take random U.A.'s. In the state of Washington. My question is: Can you tell the movie stars and all cell phone activity and internet activity that this has happened? Can you make sure that they do have to take random U.A.'s? Can you please make sure they do? They have been confiscating drugs and keeping them for themselves. Can you please help?
