Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I hit a girl in the head with a shoe. She had to have 2 staples in her head. I have been charged with very similar crimes twice but have not been arrested in 9 years. Could this get dropped to a lower charge? Would it be possible t. Do house arrest, and probation and anger management classes? This happened in San fransisco CA

You haven't told us what charges you are facing, so there is no way to say whether they even theoretically could be reduced. You also haven't given us enough facts about the incident or about the prior cases.

Having said all of that, this sounds like a very serious assault and you seem to have a track record of similar crimes. The prosecutor is not likely to go easy on you. The type of sentence you have in mind does not seem remotely realistic.

Get a lawyer immediately. If you can't afford to hire one, get a public defender. And don't discuss your case with anyone except the lawyers you consult. There may be a lengthy prison sentence in your future, and you need the best representation you can get.
