Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

i hope someone can help me out with this question well l was with my babys mama for 9 years and we had two children and three of her own which makes is a total of five and towards the end of the relationship 3 years ago we were not feeling it no more and i would get acused of being with other girls which i wasent just with one girl for those three years and i admited it to her 3 years ago so we split up and she left and took her 3 children and left my 2 and for like 2 months past whatever and i get a knock on the door it was 4 police officers they asked for the name and me having the same name but im a jr..there were looking for sr...my dad there where out with my mom and my 2 girls so i changed they said they had to talk to me and then to go meet up with my parents and they told me that my dad was being acused with child molestation on the 11 year old i was like what thats crazy i told thejm that is not right officer i explained what had happen that she had left for 2 months and then this comes out after i admit to her i was with atnother girl so they talk to me and my two girls and my mom and dad in the street and affter hearing our stories and the ones of my girls there where a lil not so soure so they didnt arest him but they said taht my girls couldnt be with me so i ahd to take them to the police station and hand them to there mom worst time of my life my girls going crazy and craying wanting to stay with me but yea that happen and my babys mama wouldnt let me see my girls i had to got the there school and on reces see them through the fence awfull but yea and after a while my girls got real sick and lost alot fo weight i had never seen them so sick like that there was a virus around and there mom herself called me and told me that she couldnt see them like that and that they needed me and there grandparents so she gave them to me even though legally they couldnt be in the home cuz of the investigation so we where told that the cps was gonna go to the house and we where gonna receive a letter from sacramento well none of those two things ever happen and three years later more or less yeter day the investigator that was assing to the case went to my home but my parent dont speak english so he told us to go next day so a intreperter officer would be present we show up at five and they take in my dad first and they have him in there for an hour asking and twisting questions but the same question i guess the way they do interogations and then my mom goes in and it got loud there where attacking my mom like if she was protecting him and wanting for my parent to admit for something that didnt happen we had five children in the house always together never could they have been alone so i guess there saying that he put his fingers and kiss here and they did an examination on her and nothing came out czu after alll this me n my babys mama became somewhat of freinds and she had told me that they didnt find no rip or anythig and me and her could never really discuss the details of what was said dcuz i would get angry so this happen and they told my mom all kind of stuff and they came out telling me that my parent are liars and that my mom is protecting him cuz they said that she had walked in and witness it and my mom told them u think im an animal if i would of seen such a thing i dont care if his my husband i would of told my son that was in the living room or ouside and told him something which i know my mom wouldnt keep that from me or my dad wouldnt do that stuff...so threee years later they show up and this happens and they tell us that for me to talk to my mom cuz she dont have to go to jail cuz they came to a conclusion that there lying and theat there gonna send it to the da so he can issue warants after rewing or to see if he want to proceed im like shouldnt they arested both or my dad if they came to a conclusion???that the whole thing of interagatng isnti it??why let them go if there saying there guilty is this how it goes down some form of intimidating??? cuz i know a freind taht went to inerogation and never came out again and for that hes doing two life senteces so with this said i hope someone in here can analize what i put down and tellme if this is a form of tactics cuz the cop told me to talk to them and maybe they tell me the truth or to give my mom a lil time to come back and give here a chance to get herself out of jjail for protecting my dad my mom said if u think or thik you should arest me then arest me then..so im really looking for advice on what to do now isnt it along time for them to bring this up???and they really do need the da permissinon??well any kind of info would be greatly apreciated ty
