House Raid
Can the owner of the house lose the house because of a house raid were drugs were found?

Before the government can take anything (car, house, property), they must give you notice and you have to have an opportunity to contest any forfeiture.
If they believe the house itself was purchased with proceeds from illegal drug sales, they may start criminal forfeiture proceedings against you.
Not likely in a case where some drugs were found, but there are other legitimate sources of funds for the house, but it's a remote possibility.
