Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
My house was raided while I was not home my roommates were arrested and the police called me and said that they want me to come to the police station. Do I have to go to the police station?

If you don't go in they may come out and arrest you. This will not look good and if they arrest you it will make it more difficult to get bail but under no condition should you go in or talk to the police without an attorney.
