Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

HS11550A Under influence of controlled Substance, 11550E1 fire arm and 148A resisting arrest, Is there any way out of this predicament? I was in my own home I heard someone walking on my roof, I grabbed my cell called 911 and grabbed my pistol, when i exited the garage the police were already there; My neighbor had already called because he saw someone climbing on my roof, I was told to put the gun down which i did immediately, told to put my hands on my head, I went to set my phone down and was tackled to the ground and told not to resist, which I did not resist at all. I have diabetes and chronic fatigue, I don't do this on a regular basis, in fact i haven't done it in over 6 years, I just wanted to feel better, but it didn't work out that way. Is there anything I can do to get out of this? My wife and I have plans to move out of the country and this is a huge wall in the way.
